This year, we’re putting the most beloved Swedish flavors front and center — and, of course, the Christmas table is served in the one-of-a-kind castle setting of Hill House. November is knocking at the door, and it’s time to gather the family around a classic Scanian goose dinner. And when December takes over, the Christmas table awaits. A spread brimming with the comforting flavors of childhood. Laid out for you, if you’d like to stay a while. Make your way through the classics — because it isn’t really Christmas without them — and let the conversations take their time. And the laughter, its place.

The holidays don’t rush by here — they’re allowed to unfold, one day at a time. The fire burns a little later into the evenings, the glasses get topped up one more time, and the days between Christmas and New Year become their own little holiday: the kind of days when no one quite knows what weekday it is, but everyone knows it’s exactly how it should be. With A Mary Christmas, you move in three days before Christmas: the fireplaces crackle, the Christmas table overflows in the castle setting of Hill House, and the only duty is to let your shoulders drop a little more with each passing day.

As the year draws its final breath, New Year at Hill House awaits — bubbles and canapés, a five-course New Year’s menu with wine pairings, and when the clock strikes twelve, glasses are raised on the castle terrace to the view across the Öresund. The party carries on wherever you want it — at the Playground Bar, or by the last glowing embers in the fireplace.

Welcome to our Pool Club. Join us for the day or for an evening. Here, the sauna, the easygoing fire lounge, and heated pools both indoors and out are waiting for you — along with that beautiful view out over Ven. Later in the evening? That’s when the music gets turned up a touch. You know the drill: find your way here, and give yourself something to look forward to this autumn.
